1. HOW DO I SIGN UP AS A STUDENT?
- You can sign up on our website www.alhuffaz.com or contact us at +63 8211854 through Whatsapp

2. HOW DO I SIGN UP AS AN EDUCATOR?
- Send us a copy of your CV and relevant certificates to ad.alhuffazmanagement@gmail.com
- Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.

3. HOW LONG DO I WAIT UNTIL MY CLASSES START?
- Classes, normally will start within a week if your class has not started.

4. I CONTACTED YOU THROUGH YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNTS; HOWEVER, I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE. WHAT DO I DO?

5. WHERE IS YOUR OFFICE LOCATED?
- No.17, 3rd floor, iCentre, Block 28, SImpang 32-37, Kg Anggerek Desa, BB 3713, Berakas, Brunei Darussalam

6. WHAT ARE YOUR OFFICE HOURS?
- Our working hours:
Monday - Thursday
8.00AM - 12 Noon & 2.00PM - 4.30PM

Friday
8.00AM - 12 Noon

7. DO YOU HAVE A LEARNING CENTRE?
- As of 2019, we do not own any learning centre. We have Al-Huffaz Quran Academy which it is located at Spg 141, Plot A2, Jalan Penanjung, Tutong, Brunei Darussalam

8. HOW DO I PAY FOR MY CLASSES FEES?
- Payment methods are as below:

I) Cheques are to be crossed and made payable to Al-Huffaz Management
II) Direct bank-in or telegraphic transfer payment to our BIBD account.

9. WHO ARE YOUR EDUCATORS?
- All of our educators are local Bruneians and certified by Brunei Islamic Council, Ministry of Religious Affairs.

10. CAN I CHOOSE AN EDUCATOR?
- Absolutely! You can choose according to your preferred time and location.

11. CAN I CHANGE MY PRE-SELECTED PACKAGES?

12. I FEEL LIKE I AM NOT COMFORTABLE WITH MY EDUCATOR, IS IT POSSIBLE TO REPLACE HIM/HER?
- Yes, we are here to serve you. It is important to us that you are learning whilst enjoying your classes. If you are wished to look for a more suitable educator in accordance to your preferences.

13. CAN I POSTPONE OR CANCEL MY CLASSES?
- Yes, please inform us through our customer care, +6738211854 within 24 hours before your scheduled class are set to start.
