What this website does
alhuffaz.com is the public website of Al-Huffaz Management. It shares information about our classes, Islamic services, projects, and educators, and lets visitors submit registration and career application forms.

- Educator career applications, including the personal, educational, and teaching background you provide and any CV or certificate documents you upload.

Where your data is stored
Form submissions are sent to internal systems managed by Al-Huffaz Management (including our administrative spreadsheets and document storage for uploaded files). Access is limited to authorised Al-Huffaz staff who handle registrations and recruitment.
Document uploads
CVs and certificates submitted through the Career page are stored in folders organised by applicant name for internal review by our recruitment team. Please only upload documents you are comfortable sharing for this purpose.

The site uses only the cookies and local storage required for the website to function correctly. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
Data retention and requests
Registration and application records are kept for as long as needed to administer our programs and recruitment process. If you would like a copy of the information we hold about you, or want it corrected or removed, please contact us using the details below.

Many of our programs serve children. Registrations for minors are expected to be submitted by a parent or guardian, who is responsible for the information provided.
